How do I book the tennis court?

1. Courts can be reserved by members for themselves and their guests, however, the member must be present while the courts are being used

2. You will need your Clubspot login information (the same credentials you use to book a ticket to an event.)

2. Go to lbyc.us/court-booking, and select the date you want to make a reservation for. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.

3. Look at the time you want to reserve and make sure BOTH halves of the tennis court are available: Tennis/Pickle Court 3 and Tennis/Pickle Court 4.

4. In the "Tennis/Pickle Court 3" column, click on the time you want your reservation to start. When the box pops up, select your reservation length (up to 90 minutes on weekdays, up to 60 minutes on weekends.)

5. Select 'continue'.

6.  You will see a confirmation screen with the option to add the reservation to your calendar. You will also receive a confirmation text message at the phone number on file.

7. REPEAT steps 4-6, this time selecting the same start time in the "Tennis/Pickle Court 4" column.

7. The courts are a limited resource! If your plans change PLEASE take a minute and cancel your reservation so others can use them.

Have fun!

FAQs:

Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be cancelled. All money for classes that do not meet the minimum will be refunded in full.

Participants may be asked to change classes due to ability level or numbers. This is at the coaching staff’s discretion. Please contact Jonathan Teune if you have any questions regarding the appropriate class level.

If classes are not able to run due to inclement weather (rain or excessive heat), they will be moved indoors at Four Lakes Athletic Club (351 E. Morrissey Dr., Elkhorn, WI 53121). What constitutes inclement weather is determined by the coaching staff. You will be informed of class cancellation via email. You may also call the FLAC front desk (262-743-2000)

Due to the need for advanced planning (staffing, equipment purchases, scheduling, etc.) there will be no refunds granted. Exceptions to this rule will be based on extenuating circumstances

Pro-ration will not be offered this summer. For those missing a large chunk of the session, let me know and we can arrange for you to drop in on a class that is running. The cost for dropping in is $25.00/1-hour class and $36.00/1.5-hour class. A credit card on file will be required prior to dropping in… we cannot take payment at the courts.
